How To Plan A Children's Birthday Party

Your son or daughter is having a birthday and they want a party. They want to invite all of their friends. You, as a parent have been put on notice, now comes the concept of what kind of party to have and what is my budget. Should you have a party at home or at park or do you have it at some kid-friendly location such as Chuck E. Cheese?
